Dr. Veynovich is a native of Youngstown and attended Youngstown State University to study biology and psychology. Upon graduating, he studied at Ohio University College of Osteopathy, then completed a one year rotating internship at Brentwood Hospital and later an Internal Medicine residency and became the Chief Medical Resident. He then completed a Pulmonary Fellowship at Allegheny General Hospital and Multidisciplinary Critical Care Fellowship at the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center. Dr. Veynovich has both an Ohio and Pennsylvania  medical license and is board certified in Internal Medicine, Pulmonary Medicine and Critical Care Medicine. He specializes in pulmonary hypertension, emphysema, and COPD.  He is no longer accepting patients and has retired.
